Cup 3: Consciousness
What if consciousness, whatever it is, is not a vapor arising from the complexity of our neural connections, not the highest expression of our apex-of-evolution brains?
What if consciousness pervades the universe, a quality or force like gravity or electromagnetism?
What if, like the matter of our bodies, consciousness is an emanation from the stars that fills us and the space between us, invisible as radio waves, permeating all of us, humans, trees, cows, whales, viruses, rocks, rivers, ocean, air?
What if we could feel it, know it?
Could this be an antidote to our loneliness?
